Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Central
1.0 CE Hour.
As training directors and supervisors, we plan for the ideal trainee; the one that is competent and eager to learn, knows a great deal and knows they have opportunity for growth. Training program faculty may be less comfortable planning for when training goes wrong and may not feel as prepared to support a struggling trainee or implement the crucial gatekeeping role of a training program. This webinar will provide information on the requirements for Due Process and Grievance policies and practical tools for building and implementing remediation plans to support all trainees.
