Clover Educational Consulting Group (Clover) is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education (CE) for psychologists. This includes collaborating with external presenters and organizations to provide continuing education programming.
If you are interested in partnering with Clover to provide a continuing education program, please complete the CE Collaboration Application and submit the required application fee. This application is for single or multi-day CE programs covering one training topic. If you are interested in collaborating on a conference or other program with multiple topics, please email Clover at continuing.education@clovered.org. We will be happy to prepare an individualized price quote for you.
Application Fee
- Clover charges a non-refundable application fee of $75 per application. For a CE program that is less than 4 weeks out, Clover charges an additional non-refundable fee of $100 to expedite the review. Applications will not be reviewed until payment is received.
Administrative Fee
- Approved programs are subject to a $350 administrative fee per CE event. This fee covers review of marketing materials, administration of program evaluation, distribution of CE certificates, and associated support to ensure a successful CE event. If the same training is offered again, the application fee is waived, but an additional administrative fee will apply. CE content approval is valid for one year from the approval date.
Clover will make every effort to review your application as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the review process. Please consider this timeframe when submitting your application.
In addition, please note that Clover retains responsibility for CE programming. We work closely with our partners to ensure all CE programs satisfy APA’s standards and criteria. As such, our team may request additional information or changes to your material prior to approving your Collaboration Application.Â
