Abstract
Internship programs must provide interns with training in all 9 APA Profession-Wide Competencies (PWCs). This presentation will discuss ways in which programs can ensure interns receive comprehensive training in all PWCs. This presentation will support internship programs in updating their curriculum as needed to incorporate unique approaches to training in the PWCs.

- Identify all 9 of the Profession-Wide Competencies.
- Connect training activities to learning elements of each PWC.
- Identify at least 3 new training activities to incorporate into their curriculum.

Dr. Jenna Symons is a Senior Staff Consultant with Clover Educational Consulting Group. She has been with Clover since 2017 and has supported multiple internship programs through their accreditation process. Prior to joining Clover, Dr. Symons served as the training director for a large internship consortium and lead the program through its first accreditation site visit.
