Abstract:
Clinical supervision is a distinct professional competency for psychologists. Supervision
of supervision (SOS) is a process in which supervisors are trained and supported in the
provision of clinical supervision through modeling and experiential practice. In this
presentation, several models of supervision will be described and hybrid models
articulated.

1. Describe two aspects of supervision of supervision (SOS) that occur across models.
2. Outline one process that is essential to provision of SOS.
3. Identify one process of SOS that enhances training in reflective processes and
multicultural identities.
